Ingredients
- fresh strawberries
- avocado oil
- dark chocolate
Method
- Choose large, firm strawberries with stalks and check they are not bruised or damaged. Wash them well and pat dry.
- Melt the chocolate with a little oil in a bowl.
- Dip the strawberries in the warm chocolate and leave them in the fridge to set.
How to take it further
Prepare several kinds of chocolate for colourful variations. You can layer different chocolates or use them for decoration. Nuts, desiccated coconut and sugar sprinkles all work well too.
