How much time should be devoted to practicing Face Yoga?

The first thing you will notice when practicing Face Yoga regularly is the feeling of firmer skin. Partly because of the regular use of the oil, partly because of the massage that comes with the exercise and partly because of the exercise itself. Depending on the type and condition of the skin at the beginning, this feeling will appear within two weeks of daily exercise. Later, a visual change in the contours of the face and the radiance of the skin will be added to this feeling.

How much you decide to devote to exercise is entirely up to you. If you decide on a basic system of morning and evening exercises, each of these exercises will not take you more than 10 minutes. You can then add other exercises to them to target your problem areas.

How to prepare the skin for Face Yoga practice?

Clean your skin. Also, wash your hands thoroughly, as you will be touching your face – a lot. Apply an appropriate amount of the selected oil to your palms, warm it by rubbing it and apply it all over your face. You can choose the oil according to your skin type. Apricot or jojoba oil, for example, is good for strengthening and rejuvenation. You can also add a few drops of vitamin E to improve elasticity.
